SimplexSite provides subscription-based website services and related digital business solutions, including optional add-ons and the Simplex Business Hub™ (available in the Pro plan).
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SimplexSite operates under a recurring subscription model. Customers may select monthly, semi-annual, or annual billing during checkout.
Services remain active only while the subscription is current and paid.
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected billing cycle.
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
A setup fee applies to monthly and semi-annual plans unless otherwise stated. Annual plans may include a waived setup fee as specified at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
SimplexSite provides a managed website subscription service.
Clients do not receive transfer of platform infrastructure, hosting environment, or proprietary systems.
All services are provided as an ongoing subscription.
Clients are responsible for:
SimplexSite is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials.
Optional add-ons may be purchased during checkout or after activation.
Add-ons are subject to separate pricing and may have additional terms.
While we follow professional standards and best practices, SimplexSite does not guarantee specific business results, traffic levels, or search engine rankings.
SimplexSite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous billing cycle.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
